Discovered this by accident really. Was out exploring with my character, and happened to stumble upon Conan's castle. So in hope of seeing the Conan NPC, I went in there only to find out his throne room was locked.
I did manage to walk through the door by backing up to it and typing /stuck.
So, in short, I think /stuck is bugged atm. I've tried the command several other places, and it seems to let me climb steep hills and so forth.
