Evening,

This is just a simple review on the leveling I received. It is extremely quick, but you should get the idea.

I created a WOW account, and created a character. Then I contacted the company and order service from lv1 to 45. Paid via paypal, and waited. A few days later, I got an email from the company stated the account was suspended, and they don't know why, and that I should contact Blizzard. It also stated I should contact them once the ban was lifted.

Right after that email, I got mail from Blizzard stating my account was suspended, but was provided no reason. After going back and forth with Blizzard, they claim that the account was being accessed by an IP out of the USA, and the ban was for 3 days ...

After 3 days, the suspension was lifted, and I logged in, the char got to level 35 before it was banned. I contacted the company and they say they are more then happy to continue leveling the character to the -paid for- level. I told them, it was impossible because they are accessing the account outside of the USA.

At this point they specifically stated, they can use a proxy that is in the USA so that the IP shown will be a USA account ... WTF??? Why didn't they do that in the first place?

Any how, I am SOL, lost some monies because the company didnt use proxies as they should, in the first place. Thanks ....

The moral of the story is: Do not use this company if you expect to get the service you paid for.

Tannim,
This is quite true as i ordered 300g a long time ago from them as they first stated that the gold would be delivered in 5 minutes or the money would be refunded

5 Minutes later i recieved a email back stating that they where out of stock and would need 12 hours to get some more

So after this point i was quiter angry  and when back to ask for my money

Once i spoke to the oporator she said no - you cant have your money back as the funds are "locked" please come back after 12 hours - I then recieved a email stating that i might recieve several batches of money and that i might not recieve it all due to a Farming ban

In the end i got all of my 300g in one go but i will never use this company again and i stongly advise no one else to

Thanks Tannim for your story

Daniel

They are also breaking federal law by doing the Bait & Switch tactics.

For instance, I got a 75% off my order of gold code in the mail. I enter it into the site, and its 75% off the first 100g. That is bait and switch tactic as the email never mentioned the first 100g only ;)

I didnt buy any gold, just go through the order, enter the code, and see the result, without ordering.

I hate to pop your bubble, but Federal law only applies in the country you live. Since the Services and their housing are located in China, I doubt your local federal law will apply since there was a US supreme court ruling that laws do not apply to companies that do not have an office in the US. The only way the company can enter the US is through the internet and the Supreme court ruled that this is not the same as running a bussiness IN the US, therefore Federal laws did not apply.

I agree it is somewhat doubtfull, the means of advertising they do, but at least the are not whispering me or bombariding me with trade messages.

I like the falling dwarf ad tough... brilliant...
