This is a macro that lags your screen and makes it appear like you are running forward when in reality you are in the spot you started in. Example: say a horde/alliance is chasing you, you go to a cliff edge and do the macro the horde/alliance sees you jump off the cliff, and he jumps off after you. When I stop the macro I am at the top of the cliff.
