The 1800 number for your gold is FAKE.

I want my money back.

I have already reported you as fraud to my creditcard company.

I get the same response every time.

If delivery is reported by seller while you receive nothing or incorrect quantity, you need to dispute the order in your MMOEx account and MMOEx will then launch an investigation to determine if a refund is appropriate or not. Please note that buyers who initiate a chargeback with their Bank or PayPal rather than using the MMOEx Dispute Resolution procedure may be banned from buying again in the MMOEx and other allied marketplaces.


A dispute arises if buyer makes a complaint to MMOEx about an item he/she did not received. You are encouraged to participate in the Disputes Resolution procedure for the following reasons:

*it gives the seller an opportunity to resolve buyer's dissatisfaction quickly, conveniently and at no cost to both parties;
*a quick, mutually agreed outcome to any dispute is the best result for all concerned; and
*disputes will be treated fairly, confidentially and in a timely manner.


In most circumstances disagreements can be settled to your satisfaction by simply following a few steps:
Step 1- Openning a dispute
Dispute option will be offerred to buyer within 72 hours from the time seller reports delivery. By opening a dispute, you would be asking MMOEx to participate in reviewing the case and deciding an outcome if no resolution is agreed on.

Step 2- Communication
Communicate with each other through in-site message network to work out a solution toward the issue within 7 days from the date the dispute is opened. All messages between seller and buyer during the dispute will be stored by MMOEx for further investigation in case no solution is reached.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved to both parties' satisfaction immediately, it may be necessary for you to provide additional delivery information like the screenshots or videos to verification@mmoex.com

Step 3- Being informed of the outcome
In the majority of cases you will be advised of the outcome within 24 hours after the dispute case is closed. In respect of any further disaggreement, howsoever arising, MMOEx's decision will be final and no conversation will be allowed.

Should there be exceptional circumstances causing a delay we will advise you of the circumstances causing the delay and when we expect the matter to be resolved.

If it believes anyone has tried to benefit from this dispute procedure, he/she will not be entitled to participate in MMOEx exchange program and MMOEx shall not be obliged to provide a reason for such exclusion.
