..like Hallmark Moments.. only worse...
Here are a few of mine:
In a party with lvl 70 hunter:
me: ok , misdirect onto tank for this pull please
Hunter: ... what's Misdirect
(explanation)
Hunter: I don't have that
Different hunter lvl 68 in Sethekk Halls
me: please turn off Growl
Hunter: lol u can't turn off growl
me:..... yes you can
priest... yes you can
rogue.. yes you can
other hunter.. yes you can
Hunter: lol no u can't it's a learned ability u cant turn it off
(uproar from group)
Hunter: ok. how u turn off? (he never did manage to turn it off)
feral druid: ok i'm gonna dps in bear form, i take less damage that way
resto druid: oops sorry I could not keep you alive, i ran OOM
me: .. innervate on CD?
druid: no, i didn't have enough mana to cast innervate....
in BM:
me: ok warlock, please keep seed of corruption up on the rift lords, pally will consecrate to keep adds up bunched up there, e-z kills.
warlock: ok, corruption on rift lords got it
me:... SEED of corruption, not just regular corruption
warlock (lvl 70) I don't think i have that spell. (pause while he checks his spellbook) O, i do have it, never used it before i ll move it to hotbar.. what does it do again?
Feral Druid tanking *HEROIC* BF, taking massive damage then finally gets 1 shotted. Inspect: is wearing parts of moonglade set and assorted dps blues. After res'ing:
druid: hey would this go faster if I tanked in kitty form?
lv 70 DPS Warrior: breaking every CC, taking aggro and huge damage dying every other pull.
Me: please watch your aggro, also plz back out and bandage if you get low, healer needs to concentrate on tank.
DPSwarr: lol i never learned first aid, I don't need bandages, I soak up damage like a sponge!
Healer (whispers me: he's got less HP than the mage!! )
Those are some Facepalm Moments, what are yours?
