A:You can check that your account has been credited for a sale by going to My Account and visiting the Account Balance page. Sales credits will be forwarded to your account in 72 hours if delivery is acknowledged by buyer, or the buyer's acknowledgement window expires with no response. Any credits associated with the sale that are disputed or under fraud investigation may be held pending until a solution is settled. Please check your account message as often as you can to keep yourself updated of any actions might be necessary.
