I was doing 'The Cipher of Damnation - Grom'tor's Charge' ( The Cipher of Damnation - Grom'tor's Charge - Quests - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=10522) ), killing naga, getting keys, opening chests and getting nothing, BUT I noticed that the chest with sparkles coming out of it had the cipher piece in it, so just look for the sparkely chest! I hope this helps
