For me:

I spent almost three hours trying to explain to a low level rogue that party chat wasn't why he was aggroing worgs in Silverpine. /facepalm

mine was when I tried to explain to a 47 priest what talent points were.... she had only spend like 10 of them and her response was o I just haven't gotten around to it...
