Play two accuonts (one is my brothers) on the same pvp realm as both horde and alliance and transfer items between the neutral auction house frequently? I just thought I could take advantage of cheaper items / items that aren't on one auction house but are on another. So yeah, is it legal? I would just like to check incase.

yes ofcourse it is legal.
as far as blizz is concerned it is just two people (accounts), buying and selling off each other.

I 2 box all the time (2 accts on one computer running at the same time).
Heck, I mentioned it on the phone to a Blizz employee because I couldn't register it on their website and even he said he 2 boxes.
