Will warhammer have Training dummies in there cities?

Lets say I would like to practice or see how some abilities work, will there be areas in the city where they have training dummies that you can freely attack to test out spells? Asides from the fun I find in mathcrafting highest output of styles of fighting with most energy saving I do, it would be fun just to have when walking around or talking to someone

I sincerely hope so. Trying stuff in duels and the like is messy (and I also hope duels are not allowed within the walls of the capitals unless it's in a special arena), and it's hardly a testing or complex feature to add. It's really stupid that most MMORPGs are full of dummies and targets yet none of them are allowed to be hit.
