Most Nerfed class in the game?

Regardless of spec, what do you think is the most nerfed class in the game as of patch 2.3 in arena.

1. I think mages, I see less and less mages every day being replaced by warlocks.

As of patch 2.3? I'm unsure. PRE-2.3 blatantly shamans.
