No official forum?

This forum is the next best thing i can find to an official forum from the official website, but there doesn't seem to be one.
Are these guys idiots or something? No official forum?

Not sure about "official forum" as the forum is still in a beta state. But i think this will be more then enough for you to grap into. And maybe next time just ask before calling people idiots
