Someone starts up a 7 day trial, (which ends eventually) and then later on is given a founder's buddy pass. They have to start a new account to take advantage of the founder's pricing, but want to use their old character names. Unfortunately, they can't log into that other account due to it expiring, thus having no visible way to delete and free up the characters and corresponding names.
Is there a solution to actually delete those characters, or the entire linked expired subscription without paying the monthly fee?
