I have the trial version now dowloaded just wondering if this game is available in Australia, have not seen it in stores

Is the full game available for download somewhere/i.e. to purchase
If I purchase it overseas can I play it in Australia

Also:
My 'trial' character will I be able to play it once I register a purchased game or will I have to start from 'scratch'
