Taxis in the cities?

So with as big as the cities are going to be and assuming players won't have immediate access to personal mounts who else would like to take a taxi in a carriage in Altdorf or be carried around by Snotlings in Black Crag? I think it would be both a practical addition to the game as well as just something neat that would add a bit more realism and make the cities seem more alive and thriving.

Think it could be cool. Horses with charriot kind of, would be cool. Could talk to an npc to take one obviously (not having one go fixed rounds).
