Where do I get fuel to recharge my sword? o.O;;

Take a weapon or piece of armor you don't want and bring it to a Blacksmith or Tailor. And choose the option to "Disassemble" You will get crystals from it.

Bring these crystals to the Synthesizer NPC, and you can synthesize fuel crystals :).
