PvP ???

I'm new, and the game is updating now... So I want to know which build is best in PvP? I'm thinking about "The Ruthless Blade" (the master of Gunn-Gon). Is it good in PvP? And if it is what build should I do?
P.S I like characters also with spectacular skills. Which has umm.. pretty skills?
