I would say mine would have to be to my guild leader "wtf is this @*$&, this #*&#! doesn't know how to speak english" (during a pre-BC naxx run, guild leader was chinese)

When I was leader of a raiding guild, I was trying to say in officer.

"To be honest I don't think that PlayerX deserves it (Tier 2 chest) with his poor performance lately, and we should be considering kicking him"

Said in guild chat by accident.
