There are two parts to this problem, one is the delayed payments for merchants. The other part is where paypal automatically cancels subscriptions. They claim to be dealing with the first part. However, they have remained silent on the 2nd part.
Unfortunately, they canceled my subscription here, and I have only used 5 months of the subscription so far. Hopefully Paypal will use what brains they have left and fixed the subscriptions of mine they canceled ..
