Most warrior use 31 Arms to get Mortal Strike, then put the rest into Fury. Protection is useful for tanking in groups. We can help more once you decide what direction you want to go in. Good luck!

Blizzard has just updated the Burning Crusade Hunter Spells and Talents Preview. They created a new page for Hunter mechanic changes based on a forum post. The spells and talents will continue to be updated as development and tuning progresses, so check back often.
