I did a search for this post and did not find it so here is how to do a 45 Baron run with PLENTY of time left to kill Baron, in fact you could have like 30 min left on your timer!
1 lock is only requirement
First Kill the Boss at all 3 Ziggurats and kill mobs in the Zigs
then party goes left up to the bug gate
The lock and one person go inside to protect lock from dieing
At this point it doesn't matter what the timer says, because we are going to reset the timer by resetting the instance!!
Leader kicks those from the party
Warlock has to Force quit game(NOT log out) this way he will not be at the beginning of the instance but at the other side of the gate when he logs in.
Everyone logs out and disbands group.
Warlock logs back in, but he is standing at the other side of the gate where the bugs were.
Warlock then invites everyone to his group.
Then the other 4 fight back to the gate with the bugs where the warlock is on the other side of the gate and warlock summons all four inside the gate.
The summoning portal is clickable through the gate.
Voila the gate never opens and the timer starts at abominations.
Pretty simple instructions.
