72 Hour suspension

ok i got a 72 hr suspension for "third party software" if you know what this means or is please tell me b/c i have no idea and my account is jacked for it...the only thing i can think of is that www.wowrex.com who power lvl me jacked up my account and now im screwed...if you have any idea what this means or can help me in anyway please post...thanks :confused:

My wife had same bann (but not 72 hours = 22 days)
3rd party software could be an unofficial add-on or the use of power leveling - gold buying transactions

Check out the wow forum official add-on section and remove any add-on that is'nt listed on it
