I was helping a druid pal out with some quests, and he came to a quest around Manaforge Ara, needing him to infiltrate the place. it gave him a BE disguise, and whenever he shifted, he'd always look like a BE...so he tried flying form and he was flying around in the air as a BE, looking like he was swimming...we tested it with lots of other disguise quest, and it works with any quest that gives you a disguise...just put it on and shift.
