I found this nice trick while leveling my shaman, I was at Desolace and my home was set to Stormwind, so I went to desolace inn keeper, opened the window from her and put my mouse over the ''Make this inn your home'' then I started casting ''Astrall recall'' and then set desolace as my home inn, then I teleported to stormwind bought skills, then went to SW inn and did the same trick again but visa versa (teleported to desolace and made my inn stormwind again) I haven't tried with hearthstone yet myself tho.
