This does work, and if you are stupid enough to run to the gaurd... you must be shot. This works best if you are ranged dps!
Step 1) There is a certain area in Area52 where guards can't kill you if you hit someone. Here's a screenshot:

Step 2) Shoot :D
Step 3) Result:

Step 4) Rinse and Repeat. =)
