To take advantage of this exploit, you need to be an Arms warriors with Second Wind at lvl 47-52.
OK, if you are grinding ur toon in Thistleshrub Valley (Southwest Tanaris), there is a mob named "Thistleshrub Rootshaper". What is special is that is that this mod drops a totem which roots you for about 10-15sec.
Now here's the sweet thing. Every time that totem roots you, Second Wind triggers, and regens 10% of your HP. And other nice thing that it will keep you in combat, so you will keep your rage up too! Cheers!
