Mailing some lockboxes to your friend, and asked him/her to open them and send them back to me. You will find the lockboxes are all locked again. Keep mailing them back and forth for as many skillpoints as your friend needs . :)

Remember not to loot the boxes if you are a rogue so no shift clicking!

I ended up getting some levels from the locked doors to instances. DireMaul is a good one for somone with already decent lockpicking, and i bet Scarlet Monestary would be decent for someone with a bit lower skill
