Title sums it up, with the 2.0.3 patch release, you can tap flags from afar. When you have around 20yards distance from the flag, you can click on the flag and cap it from that far. This is also applied to the WSG flag, but you can only click it from like 10 yards away. It's possible to cap towers from outside, simply mouseover and rightclick the flags through walls, or outside aoe range for an easy cap. :)
Use this to your advantage. Cap AV and AB flags from blind spots, and the enemy won't notice you till its actually announced. Take the flag earlier in WSG and get a headstart in running.
