i did many times b4,,,never got caught. 6 times if i didnt lose count of the #. wat im saying is..Blizzard only arrests ppl that excessively violates their Terms of Use Agreement. Individual does it almost scot-free. :)
well, also u can just contact GM to get ur account back if you are unfortunately being targeted. (a fact)
2 cents
Hope I get lucky. I sell pretty big numbers :P
Blizzard tends to ban gold sellers in big waves...the last one was mid-November.
Just because you aren't banned today doesn't mean you're not on the hitlist when they do the big batch bans. Don't sell gold unless you're ready to lose your account.

wow, but according to your post (http://www.mmomaven.com/forum/showthread.php4?p=1998#post1998), u guy sold gold on 8 servers, earned handsome $! how did u get so much gold on so many servers
Just lost (permanently banned) an account with 5000G on it. And Blizzard isn't giving it back. I did just two transactions on it, each for less than 1000G.
I think Blizzard is getting tougher, or I was just unlucky.

Any details? Did you ever sell gold before selling to this site? What did the e-mail say, when did you sell the gold. etc.
wow I guess it's pretty safe

First time use of MMoinn went great put the money in Paypal, really smooth. Second time same thing. 5-10 min after second transaction, game crash. Upon relog attempt, notice of account closure, with not even a notification mail from Blizz.

Hello,
Thank you for your follow-up email. We have reviewed the account and the previously provided facts once again and unfortunately, have reached the same conclusion. The account was found to have engaged in economy exploitation with other accounts associated with similar violations of the Terms of Use. As a result, the account closure decision is final and the account status permanent. The World of Warcraft account will not be re-opened or re-activated under any circumstances.
It is with regret that we take this type of action, however it is in the best interest of the World of Warcraft community as a whole, and for the integrity of the game, that access to your World of Warcraft account be cancelled.
We hope that his has addressed all of your concerns regarding the account action. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your time and understanding.
Regards,
Vaelkera

Hey guys,
I think I can help, My account was banned for selling gold a while ago, just got it restored today, and to be honest all I said was:
"I'm sorry but this email is very vague what could have possibly got me
banned through this?"
Although 2 days prior to my ban someone hacked my account, I think I may be very lucky in timing, I got a reply from bliz 2 days later from my ban, getting my account back:

I hope this can help people, but unfortunately for MMOInn.com, they will no longer receive my business due to this... I don't feel like risking a 500$ + investment for a few extra bucks
If any of you morons get this far in the threard, take heart to what others are saying.
YOU WILL GET BANNED IF YOU SELL TO MMOINN
You better make damn sure and well that you don't want that account anymore because it will be locked down.
MMOINN doesn't give a shit about your account. They're a bunch of greedy chinks that want to make even more money than what you are selling it to them for.
DONT SELL TO MMOINN. Make those slanty eyed fuckers work in the rice farms like they have for centuries.
My account was banned yesterday, after doing my first selling of gold transaction ever. It was with mmoinn.
Buy/Sell at your own risk.
