You need an Orb of Deception to transform you into the opposing faction. Speak to a Gryphon Master and wait until around 30 seconds remaining until the effect wears off then fly to your desired location. While flying, you will change back to your stationary self, this will course some sort of malfunction and as a result you will be instantly taken to the location you selected.
