Visual tricks:
When you've got a costume on, you can change stances as a warrior ( might work as druid also) and become another costume. Every time you zone it chages the facial features etc. also. If you want to mount as a goblin for a warrior. Mount up using a pirate costume, and change stances while mounted and you'll become a goblin.
Another cool visual trick is to unsheathe your weapons ( default z ) right before mounting, if you do it right you'll have your weapon out on your mount. then you can /dance and it'll look awesome. Photobucket is down atm. but try it out, it looks awesome. If I get the chance I'll post another pic later but try it for yourself to see it atm.
If you're a mage you can make your hands glow by casting blizzard and jumping back, the same goes for warlocks. it will desplay the casting glow relevant to your spell cast type. Fire = fire frost = blue/frosty etc. You can also cast a scroll on an npc that is too low level and move forward to get a green glow. There's other ways with potions etc. but these are completely free.
Game bugs
If you have netherwind proc up and use PoM you permanently get instant spells. Very nice for grinding etc.
How to get past the Icewing bunker: There is a small crevace that allows you to get past unseen, and you won't be hurt by any of the opposing factions.
Infinite farsight: This does work an it allows you to see to my knowledge, forever. How to do it. Make a macro that casts farsight. cast farsight as far out as you can. then as soon you cancel farsight click further into the distance, this works for as long as you want to see.
Make guards kill your allies as a warrior:
You need bloodrage or a spell that makes you in combat.
Head to any nuetral town, and ask someone to buff you. If you are in combat while they are buffing you, the guards think they're helping you kill some horde or something like that and kill the buffer.
I believe the reason is that the guards agro system thinks you are attacking someone or something, the buff counts as a beneficial spell ( like when a priest heals the warrior for ex. the guards/mobs in general generate threat against that mob. And since the warrior has no threat the guards attack the healer. All of this is theorycraft of course, but it seems to make some sense to me.
A very nice exploit to down ragnorus in the molten core. There is a quest in Ungoro That gives a boomerang that stuns/disarms the opponent and surprisingly the stun and disarm effect do work on the boss according to my friends. THis allows you to take him down ALOT easier then normal.
How to decide to buy gold or PL from a website.
1) First find your website.
2) Then enter it's url at whois.com
3) you'll get a long list of numbers with even adresses of who registered and when for example tault.com's first bit is:

What to look for:
4) When it was registered, I don't buy from sites that have been around for less then 3 months ever.
5) Where it is. China isn't exactly a reason not to buy, but if they say they're located in X area, when they are actually located in B area, that's a good indicator of a scam.
6)When it expires: Most times the website owners won't pay for over a year since they know they are going to cancel it
7) If you got an in-game mail, it's probably a scam. For example, my friend got an email from bestmmo.com in game. Went there got cheap gold, and it never came. note that bestmmmo.com doesn't show up on google etc.
Multiple people have not received their gold in 2 weeks so it's pretty much guarenteed that it's a scam site.
8)Also, click their live support link. If it says 24/7 online and it's not, that's another indicator.
9) make sure they aren't just copy pasting links like, paypal certified, or bizrate 5/5 stars etc. look it up to verify.
10) Never, EVER buy 1-60. It's usually botted, and if it isn't they'll know that somethings up after 24 hours of in - game time.
If they are advertising other games currency, click on them too. Not Bestmmo.com does not have any items for sale on anything but WoW. This is another suspicious attribute because why would they list them if they didn't actually have any items in any of the categories?
Always pay in paypal, because you can sometimes get your money back if it is a scam.
Gold farming:
People already know about the long guide I posted here a while ago ( which was actually writted by me )
but here is some unconventional ways to make gold with 25 dollars. Look at another server's items, compare them to your servers. If your server has travelers backpacks for 4g this is very profitable for you.
First buy all the backpacks in The AH. usually around 100 sometimes, if not keep buying more until you're out of gold. You can make 5x your money by transferring to another server with all those backpacks and selling for 20 gold a piece when it's usually say 25. I know people that made 2000 gold doing this.
A more conventional method, but still very nice. The farming I am talking about isn't really farming. Basically you park a character in front of Vi'el and log in every 15 minutes with him/her to buy felcloth/gromsblood. The gromsblood is 10 silver, and the felcloth is 80 silver, so if it's there that's around 4 gold profit. This is camped more often, but it still works.
Another way is to PL a characters herbalism to 250 or so and park him in desolace. Log in every 15 minutes or so on him/her and harvest the gromsblood.

Edit: Btw: The server transfer is ONLY useful if your server has backpacks or some other material for 10g less then another server. Don't do this if traveler backapcks are 16 gold on your server.
