Don't want to grind for tons and tons of runecloth for Orgrimmar rep turn-ins? There's another way.
Much faster way I found is to do Alterac Valley, and gain Org rep from it. Key to doing this fast is loot the dead bodies as quickly as possible. They hold flesh, blood and tons of armor scraps. Make sure you have your AV trinket with you so you can go back to the base quickly and turn them in fast. Once you get like 100 bloods, use your trinket and port to the base, and turn in as much as you can. If the game's not yet over, head into the fray and loot some more player corpses, then do more turn-ins.
Stormpike Soldier's Blood There are 2 types of turn-ins available for this item. As of WoW 2.0, more rep is gained from doing the "A Gallon of Blood" turn-in quest to Primalist Thurloga. You'll get 75 org rep from turning 5 bloods in. As for the "Lokholar the Ice Lord" turn-in quest, you only get 10 org rep from turning in 1 blood. To efficiently do these turn-ins, loot the corpses of players, as they hold more blood than the NPC corpses. Usually they hold more than 10 blood per corpse, sometimes less. But its better than getting 1 blood from NPCs.
Stormpike Soldier/Lieutenant/Commander's Flesh There are 3 Wing Commanders that are held captive on each alliance bunker, and if you manage to save them and they successfully returned to base, you can do flesh turn-ins to them, which yield 10 org rep per 1 flesh. Soldier's Flesh goes to Wing Commander Guse, Lieutenant's Flesh goes to Wing Commander Jeztor, and Commander's Flesh goes to Wing Commander Mulverick.
Armor Scraps Every corpse you loot holds a hefty amount of armor scraps. You can collect tons of these and turn it in to Smith Regzar at the smithy in the Frostwolf base. Every 20 armor scraps turn-in will give you 10 org rep.
Doing all these turn-ins will net you around 1.5k-2k Org rep per game, depending on whether you got all turn-ins for the blood, or other players did it too, thus making it faster to trigger the ice lord summon, stopping any more blood turn-ins. If that happens, you can just rely on getting more rep from armor scraps turn-ins, on the worst-case scenario that the 3 wing commanders didn't reach the base alive.
