If you have the quest.. Nightshade Purgative, where you need 12 moss.
This seems to be a hard place to find a group, so, here is the way to get your moss solo.
Zone in, run up to the first moss on the right side, and just get close enough to take it, without aggroing the mob nearby.
Then run out back to Kheshatta, re enter, do again, wash and rinse, doesnt take too long to gather the 12, and they spawn immediately this way. Otherwise your waiting a very very long time.
