This is more an item bug that I found.
The tier 3 two handed weapon is actually a one handed weapon, pretty crazy stats for a 1hander at 29! I have 2 str talismans in it to boost even more.

If you're a dwarf and looking for something not as good but still nice, try the Blessed Labrys from dwarf chapter 11. Stats of a 2H, one handed.
