First off, the troll is named Bridge Troll, level 16, not a champion or hero, so if you can solo a lvl 16 troll, you can take this guy on.
To find him, you will need to be in Troll Country, chaos tier 2. If you look at your map, along the eastern side of it there is the main road. As it proceeds north, it will take a pretty drastic curve to the west. Here is where you need to go. As you cross a bridge, the Bridge Troll (shocker) is right under it. The precise coords, which you can get by scrolling over the map, are 53253, 38273.
Alternatively, if you leave the chapter 8 camp, and head west, you will encounter this curve as well.
