1) Mount your steed!
2) Go into any building in your guild city.
3) Make sure you're the only one in the zone, and log out.
4) Wait a bit for the server to register the empty zone.
5) Log in.
Now you will be inside the building while it is built around you. Stay where you are, and it will throw you out when it finishes building. You will get knocked back, and then get back up, and still be on your horse. You can now use combos and abilities like you were walking. You cannot be knocked off in combat.
Swimming removes this. Rezoning might remove this.
