please note that i play a corruption assassin, and my guide is based on playing a corruption assassin - and this will show as i give examples. Also note that you'll be killing mobs 2-3-4 levels above yourself, often in double pulls in order to do these levels quickly.

HELL: lvl 57

You will have been grinding in Eigo Mountains up to now, or finishing off the last of the group quests available there. Unfortunately, you need to stay another level. Grind it out by completing the 'kill 25 white hand' over and over, this shouldn't take too long. If you tried to leave now you'd be killing slowly, and be bored too soon of the next area. You should have picked up the last quest in the zone by now from the dinog camp that points you towards Thunder River. A fair few people seem to skip this zone and go to Atzel's, this is great news cause you'll level faster here if there's no one around. You should also have Scourge waiting for you at lvl 60, having completed white hand officers.

Lvl 58 - 60

Head down to Thunder River. Soon as you zone in, turn right and you'll see the area where the 59-60 boars gather. Without too much explanation, you'll see that you can run in a big circle in this area killing about 20 boars on a full spawn. They die very easily & drop next to nothing, and give fantastic XP for their lvl. Very unfortunately though these boars happen to be in the way of the level 60 destiny quest instance, which means you'll have people running through it periodically and each one seems bound and determined to kill every single thing in their way, so the only way to avoid this is to keep the spawns checked and kill them on repop. Try and get this camp locked down at a time when most people in your timezone are sleeping, this will get improved results. There's also a few quests that you can do, i believe at lvl 60 i had about 6 pieces of armor and weaponry ready to be equipped, so when you get bored of grinding go do a quest and then get back to the grinding, this helps alleviate boredom as well as getting you the armor rewards. These 2 levels combined took me about 4 hours - nothing serious. I did 1 level of grinding, then all the quests for lvl 59, then back to grinding for 60.

Please note that the quests you'll be doing - if you do them the same level as me between the grinding to make it more bareable - will all be red, orange at the very least. None of them are anything harder than killing a boss 4 levels above you (with adds), and with the recent evade changes that came in with the June 9th Patch, it should be easier for anyone doing them. Some of these quests are also flagged as group quests, but they are all soloable pretty much as soon as you get them.

61-62

First things first, you've got 2 new weapons and new armors, stock up on lvl 60 food and drink (and potions) and head back to your home town and get your next destiny quest. The rogue one is very linear and simple, so i won't bother explaining it. By the time you're done in this instance you should have about 50% xp into lvl 60. Head back over to Thunder River and pick up the corrupted boar wanted poster in the first village, and sneak down to where they spawn. Unfortunately people seem to run through here all the damn time (because of that lvl 59-60 quest you did where you have to find the lil girl who got lost..) and also because of another quest that you find later on. Same deal here, kill all the boars. This should get you lvl 61 pretty easily.

Now head over to the palisade and pick up the quests here. One of the quests in the general area should be 'A Gruesome Death', where you're asked by Captain Tiberius to kill a merc leader called Evodius. Sneak your way up to Evodius and you'll find out what has happened to him, stick around for a bit and kill those puppies till you're lvl 62. Again, they are great xp, and very easy to kill in groups of 2 or 3. And with a bit of fiddling round they are easy to repop. As corruption you'll want to use vampyric and life leech together here - these mobs have low hp and do nothing special but they attack quite fast. Do the quest Evodius gives you as well, and kill all the boars on the way down to Lady (and the dogs around her) for a really nice neck item from completing the Evodius quest. These levels should take you a couple hours each, with any luck on the camps being empty.

63-64

Level 63 is a slow one dependent on what you choose to do. I personally went and did all the quests in the Palisades and these got me lvl 63. These arn't difficult quests, and the one that shows as a group quest is soloable (its just an escort quest) Take your time doing the one that requires 5 Witch Doctors and 5 Chief's, the picts are pretty gimp and they take a load of damage if you're killing them in the way i explained in my XP guide. Couple of combo's and they fall over no probs. There's 1 quest here that might prove troublesome - its one where you have to reclaim land and kill 2 pict leaders. They each have 2-3 lvl 66 mobs around them, but its soloable at 63-64 using all 3 taps and a hp pot. Just make sure that slow death strike lands before you hit vampyric for those nice HoT's. Lvl 63 took me about an hour and a half, and was a lot of fun.

During lvl 63 you'll have done a quest that asks you to collect 4 heads from a pict camp (this camp is great for xping in, you can clear the whole thing and it repops very fast) and then bury them in a nearby graveyard. The mobs in the graveyard are lvl 65 and aggro from a mile away. Luckily they do crappy melee damage and don't have any special skills. Just keep using vampyric and you can clear the camp with minimal resting (of maybe 20 undeads). Make sure you get the wanted poster next to Guard Captain Marcus which gives a bit of bonus xp. You can comfortably kill here till lvl 64, and these mobs are insta-repoppable through a bit of messing around with distancing and/or logging off for a bit and praying no one runs into the camp. This one again was a very short level, as i had a lot of luck with the undead camp. This was like 5am on my EU server so no one else was around.

Lvl 65

By now you'll have got some of the quests for the prison isle, you can try and find a group there or head down to the sacrificial altar (deep into the pict territories, past where you found sara's necklace) and kill the lvl 68 mobs there. Only 1 quest leads you this way, and the mobs do knockdown, so be careful how you xp here. There's also roamers, and its a longass run if you happen to die.

Halfway through XPing here i changed my mind and went back up to the lvl 66 pics and grinded them for faster xp, till i hit 65. Only real danger to watch out for here is the archers, otherwise the mobs arn't anything special. Would also mention that the pole-arm wielding guys tend to attack from way out of your melee range, but you can circle them and get them close together with some practise. Bit longer on this level, took me about 3 hours.

Hope this helps you guys on the hell levels. Hopefully the quests that i didn't do in Atzel's from lvl 60-65 will provide a couple levels worth of xp until Keshatta rolls around, since there doesn't seem to be much of anything to do in Thunder river after 67 (apart from the prison island which goes up to 70 and is a group area)
